SGN handled 9,812 departing flights in July 2025, nearly flat with a −0.92% year‑over‑year change. It remains the busiest airport in southern Vietnam.

On‑Time Performance and Cancellations

On‑time performance improved to 56.4%, a gain of 16.12 points compared with last year. Cancelled flights dropped to 129, down 36.45% year over year.

Airlines at SGN

Vietnam Airlines (VN) uses SGN as a major hub for domestic and international routes. Low‑cost carriers VietJet Air (VJ), Bamboo Airways (QH), and Pacific Airlines (BL) also operate extensively from SGN.
